Monthly Subscriptions

• Your first monthly payment is charged after the free trial ends.

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime.

• If you cancel, you will keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

• Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after the first 14 days.

• If you cancel within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. After that, your subscription will remain active until the end of the term.

Cancellations

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Salon Sync AI dashboard or by contacting your dedicated support specialist.

• Once canceled, you will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
