• Each subscription comes with a dedicated Salon Sync AI support specialist who will help with setup, training, and ongoing support.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Salon Sync AI is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe).

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

• You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

User Responsibilities

• You agree to use Salon Sync AI in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You are responsible for obtaining client consent before sending automated messages, reminders, or marketing communications.

• You may not misuse the platform for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity.

• We take data privacy seriously and follow strict security standards.

• Your client information will never be sold to third parties.
